This is some type of Antlered Dragon, and its antlers are currently falling off.  Remember kids! The difference between antlers and horns is that antlers come off!  These don't just fall out, they start to crack and crumble away as is evident in the drawing.  This dragon, unlike my other dragon, is skinned rather than scaled. 
Drawn with .5 Mech Pencil and +3 Pinky Finger of Smudging.

I like it. Shading, texturing, and everything looks good to me, although I'm no artist. The eye is a bit odd, though -- slit eyes aren't constant width, they flare in the middle.
