She's been waiting for a long, long time.

that...scares..the..CRAP out of me! DANG! now I KNOW there will be no walking on hillsides during the night or in a storm... that's scary.. it looks like a rock that got roots covering it.. but than you look yet CLOSER, and it is ACTULY a creature from hell... this is just amazing.... it would look a LITTLE better with.. fangs or horns...

This is a portrait of my soul...

I know how she feels. Ye gods how I hate waiting.

I love how she looks like a tree at the bottom. Very cool.

So beautiful. She is so beautiful. If it is someone for whom she has been waiting, that someone was not worth her precious time.
This picture actually made me feel like crying, yet she doesn't seem to pity herself. There is a simplicity or honesty in her that speaks to me. I am strangely honored by her. Congratulations artist, you've Found with this peice.

This is the stuff of nightmares. It makes the Celtic blood in me run cold, the skin on the back of my neck crawl and makes me shudder way down deep. You have wondrous vision. You're good!
(Somewhere you commented you were 'learning to draw anime-style' ... please DON'T. What you have can't be learned and there are ten million wannabe anime artists out there.)

:-) Jasmin Islam replies: "Thanks Larry. I actually gave up on learning to draw Anime a long time ago, mostly because my attempts turned out flat and cartoonish in "feeling" as well as in picture quality. If I ever find a book or tutorial of some sort, though, I may give it a go just for fun ... but I'll never give up on my own style."

Wow! So very awesome. It's scary and at the same time I think it's strangely tranquil.

Very inspiring work!

This has such a powerful calling for me, an invocative piece.

Its so beautiful, yet so wretched, yet so sad...

This is brilliant. This pic is awesomely morbid. Love the detail, and your short description.
