SciFi and Fantasy Art Belly Dance by Jeremy Clay Fowler-Lindemulder


	[15in x 22in watercolor] This image is based on a belly dancer that I snapped a picture of at a local Ren faire. I was going to make her into a DeVia Dirkdancer image, but I half way through penciling it I decided to keep her much closer to her original look. You can see the early DeVia influences moistly in her hair. The rest of the image is just playing around with perspective and the like.

Thanks for choosing a Middle Eastern dancer as your subject, we are honored by your rendition. Jeremy Clay Fowler-Lindemulder replies: "Thank you, and you're welcome. I was inspired by a digital pic that I took a couple of years back of a dancer from a troup known as the 'Purple Rose of Cairo.'"

2 Aug 2005	Raven_incongnito	Loading... I do Middle Eastern dancing it is very common to see one of our troupe use 2 or even more swords! The Most I have personally seen is 4. ( not all were balanced - But were bieng used in routine) The picute Is VERY VERY Beautiful is actually look similiar to someone that I know.( LOL) Please keep up the fantastic work !
