| 16 Jul 2002 | Meghan 'Skipper' Fisher | Loading...Oh wow you're stuff is really good and the proportioning of the humans is brilliant. Do you draw them from life or use books and things cos I've never got human proportions as perfect as yours. You should try more colour...I'd love to see your use with colour.Man. I feel like an ass. Thanks so much Meghan for signing this thing. Despite your glowing comments I don't deserve such appreciation. My manners are seriously lacking, but I really appreciate the praise and I'll see what I can do about color. | |

| 11 Jan 2003 | Enchantedmind | Loading...I am absolutely in LOVE with your drawings! They are so clean and crisp and soooooo much better than my drawings! I admire your work very much! And I love "devon" since my name is Devon, but I am female, not male! ANYWAYS! I am most definitely going to checkup regularly to see if you have any updates, which i hope you do! Avoir moi amie! ~*Devon*~I'm a complete berk for not replying to the nice people who actually visit my page here, but the continued vigilance like the 'Anonymous' wanker and Devon (above) have made me rennounce my evil ways. Well, insofar that I will edit the replies from now on...heh. I'll try to update soon, though checking out my homepage is a better way to see the latest art. Ciao. | |
| 6 Feb 2003 | Stefan Babij | Loading...Very cool pencil work.. Nice poses and portraits.. Well done Much appreciation for the, uh, appreciation. I'm as ever, late, on replying to these things. (It's always a shocker to get them in the mail) Anyway, thank you for the compliment. I generally stick to pencil and pen, but I've been dabbling in photoshop too so maybe color soon as well? | |
| 12 Mar 2003 | Amy Ann Demint | Loading...Greets Jessica! You have absolutely wonderful pencil art and your ability to draw such detailed clothing amazes me!! Keep up the great work & let me know when you update - I look forward to seeing more up the near future!! Hullo Amy. ^_^ Thanks so much for the high praise indeed! Detailed clothing is still a bit beyond me (in terms of design) but you can't say I skimp on Aden's pants. That texture thing always makes people blink. They're always asking me how long it takes. I will also be sure to let you know when I update. (tho having anyone interested enough to return is amusing in itself) | |
| 2 May 2004 | Lauren Brenton | Loading...Cool. Your art is just that. Cool. Aden's funny. Jessica Moira Chavez replies: "Lauren, so sorry for the lag time. It's not often I get comments and I should have been on top of this, but as my bio will say when the ticket punches through, I've moved to Japan and things have been busy since mid May 2004. Anyway, I really appreciate you taking the time to leave a mark. Thanks. ^_^" | |
| 22 Sep 2004 | Blair Gignac | Loading...^_^ Hello there! Dropping by randomly, and I just had to leave a comment and tell you how great your gallery is n_n You have real talent for drawing expressions... Bah, what am I saying, you've got real talent for drawing in general! XD Keep up your great work~ <3 Jessica Moira Chavez replies: "I have to say that it's really your fault that I'm updating my elfwood account. It's been over a year but the comment took me by surprise. I enjoy the random hit and runs, especially if they say nice things. Thanks for the compliment and push. Come back again in a bit when the update runs through and you'll see some new stuff. I'd like to think I've improved a bit. ^_-" | |
| 9 Oct 2004 | Elenaria Gydemo Östbom | Loading...Your linework is amazing. Amazing. I adore it. So smooth, so clean, so perfect. Perfection is everything. Oh, and it's nice to see more people from fanfiction.net. And to see that you're one of those k3wl people who has actually moved to Japan (which I myself will do next spring in order to continue my studies). Anyways. It is always nice to see characters reappearing in someones art. Yay! Jessica Moira Chavez replies: "You're from ff.net too? How did you know of me, or how did you come across me? Most of my ff.net stuff is FF7 related so...? Anyway, thanks so much for the comments and if you do make it to Japan email me. I could probably give you some important tips on the stuff here. ^_-" | |
| 19 Jan 2005 | Miscalenious | Loading...If you ever bother to look into other galleries, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised to find that you can draw, and everyone else cannot. Usually I shy from Japaname art, because most "artists" hide behind it because of their lack of skill. This, however, shows talent, and should be flaunted in the face of others.
PS. how do you spell miscalenious? | |
| 1 Dec 2005 | Amy Louise Mussell | Loading...Jessica Moira Chavez! I love your work. You are the greatest. Japan i wish i could go there. I also wish i could be as good as a artist as you. My art isn't that great. Have a nice day. | |
