I noticed that perhaps you're building distortion into your work...Your facial features are very small on a few drawings. A lot of times when you draw on a table, or a flat surface, things at the top of the page get drawn too small, because the top of the page is farther away from your eyes. Try tilting the page up at an angle, or working with an easel if you have one. Or just sit back and hold the drawing upright a number of times as you draw it, to catch those little errors.
