14 Jun 2004	Anon.	Loading... Correct me if i'm wrong, please, but aren't athames daggers spelled or created for that specific person. If they are daggers then the one you drew would be just a tad too big. Again correct me if i'm wrong. I still love the piece. J. ´Kythera´ Contreras replies: "It depends on the tradition and the individual--at least, that's the way I've been taught. Obviously, I use a sword. ;]"

K: A sword and an athame can be used for the same purpose and are pretty much interchangeable (sp?), like the chalice or cauldron (or at least thats how I see it). You've done a great job on the Tools of the Trade series - Violet is everything that non-pagans expect a witch to be - you've even started scaring some of the pagans lol. The inking is amazing and I looove her shoes hehehe. Blessed be.
