SciFi and Fantasy Art Aidenezra by Rachael Evans

My colored version of Aiden, yet another character in Margi's book 'Gates of Avaelon'. He is a human sized fairy that lives with other faye who left Earth and created their own world to live in called Avaelon. Aiden has power over fire, as some of the faye have innate abilities over certain elements. I'm not going to tell you anymore about him though, if you want to read the story, click on the link provided above.

If anyone wants to give this a cool background I would surely appreciate it. Or perhaps give me a few tips on how to make my own ^^ Thanks!

The hands are really good and the muscles in his arm! And uh.. background? I always go on about backgrounds.. but somehow I don't think this one needs one. Nice work! Practicing every day makes all the difference in the world! So again, thank you for the compliment, I really appreciate it ^^ You really don't think it needs a background? I'm not normally one to worry about backgrounds, but I really wanted this to stand out. I'm not too worried about it though, we'll just see what happens ^^"

29 Mar 2008	Michael pixie john	Loading... love his hair and the pose of his arms .. makes a pleasing shape to see lovely work with skin and muscle tones i might go for a sky and hills background as if he were standing aloft someplace not too detailed , and a faraway horizon , to contrast with his close up the sky could be a beautiful skyscape with blending soft colours of mist and cloud
