My vision of Alainn from Jamie's story 'Wind and Fire'.

Okay, I fixed a few things that I'm not going to point out, but this does look better. Also, I *really* thought about putting a scar down her cheek, but I couldn't bare to mar that beautiful face ~ *sorry Jamie*

Oh man! That hair is awesome...looks like fire. Just like I imagined! YOU ROCK! The eyes are great too...that wicked shade of green that has all the colors of the spectrum in them. I can't wait to see your second version. This is tre bon!

1 Rachael Evans replies: "  Don't get too excited ^^ I just fixed a few things - her head seemed too flat, so I rounded her forehead and added some hair on top. She's up in my Deviant gallery if you want to take a look. Let me know and I'll send you the url."

Woooooooooow beautiful hair!!! Really woooooooow... Can you plz give me any tips??? Plz???? 8 (gives my most sad eyes and hopes it works)

:-) Rachael Evans replies: "Hey there Nelleke, thanks a bunch for your compliments ^.^ I love doing hair! There is a tutorial about hair in the FARP section of Elfwood, I'm going to attempt to put a link here so you can just click on it. You won't be able to when you get the reply in your e-mail, but come back to my gallery and click on it here in this comment. If it doesn't work, let me know and I'll direct you to the article. Here's the link *I hope*."

She's lovely...very nice2

:-) Rachael Evans replies: "Thank you ^^ Have you read Jamie's story 'Fire and Wind'? You should if you have time. Jamie is an excellent writer, and an English teacher I believe (I could be wrong there); but if you left her a comment I'm sure she'd wander over to your gallery and read your stuff and give you some excellent comments! I'm also just getting involved in 'The Project' put together by Jim Bowers; it's quite a bit of fun if you have time for that kind of stuff. If you want to know more, just let me know and I'll send you the info. Thanks again!"

AAAGHH!!! Her hair is on fire, get some water!! Seriously, this is amazing! Beautiful highlights in her eyes and on her lips.

:-) Rachael Evans replies: "Thank you kind sir! I was really worried about the lips because that's what I normally screw up, and I wasn't going to be able to erase the colored pencil ~ I was pretty pleased with how they turned out. I'm glad you noticed the eyes, I actually used four different colors for them, trying to keep it natural though was the trick. Thanks a bunch for such a sweet compliment!!"

Her eyes are the thing that really stick out, besides for that hair. She's really beautiful! It looks almost lifelike. It's really gorgeous, kudos to you Rachael! 2

:-) Rachael Evans replies: "*huggles* Thanks Stephanie!! I rather enjoyed creating her and she actually came out the way I envisioned, so that's always a plus!"

Really nice pic! The hair is nicely done (must have taken you ages!)and I like the expression on her face. The eyes are particularly pretty, I wouldn't have been able to have done the scar thing either!

:-) Rachael Evans replies: "*groans* It did take me ages! I used about five different colors in her hair and just when I thought I was done, I made a mistake and tried to sort of erase it, when I did that it just smeared and actually ended up looking really good! So I decided to do her whole mop of hair the same way, which in turn made it take twice as long. But in the end, I think it looks much better than it would have if I hadn't done it. I also accidentally learned a new technique ^^ Sorry for rambling!"

1 Rachael Evans replies: "*huggles* Thanks a bunch! I love to hear comments from people who read the story and have an idea of what she's suppose to look like. ^.~"
