Wonderful In some ways it looks very renaissance... colors used, etc. Don't know if that's what you were going for. Reminds me of a female Michael, only she looks like she's going to have a GOOD time wherever she's going...

Bonsai!!!

She looks quite like a cross between a sumo wrestler, a care-bear and Xena. Me like!

Hei, she is cool, but what does the pot-tree or mini-tree or whatever you would call a bonsai have to do with war-like angels???? When and if you wnat to say that it rocks in Japanese do it... it is BANZAI... for anyone who cares... really I am tired of you people mutilizing your own language but at least spare the other languagaes, ok?
Sorry about outbursting like that on your page Jedidiah, your pictures are simply awesome, it just hurts my eyes to see same dumb mistake repeated for the zillionth time and your page was the one whare I have lost my temper. no offence intended! Amd you know what, somehow she reminds me of a socializm-period russian painting...bescause I am Russian maybe?? (^^);

Where can I start listing the things I love about this picture?

The colours are beautiful, the way you've painted it makes it look effortless (though I'm SURE it's not), the costume is deevy, her expression is perfect (a mix between "let's get 'em!" and "well, all in a day's work").

But most of all I love the fact that she's a non-stereotypical woman. I don't think I'll be able to bring myself to draw another human being without remembering your painting... well, I hope I won't, anyway! *Must... start... drawing... REAL people*...
