The horses head is a little weird and how come she's wearing those clothes on a journey and why in the world is the background look like it just burned down or something?

The horse is not that good, But the person is awesome. The background is very good. ( It's in the desert right)

The horse is missing its forelock! That's what seemed funny. Good work anatomically though, altho even when the girl's in front of the horse, he should seem a bit bigger. Great drawing though.

Linda, the background looks like that because she is traveling! it probably did burn, they are ruins.

I agree that her left arm does jut out a bit and the horses face could use some fixing but I see what you were going for and I like it.
