SciFi and Fantasy Art Angel of Death by Jeff A Porter

This is the first of my Warhammer 40’000 series that I did in March of 2005. This is a simple Pen and ink drawing of a Dark Angel Space Marine that was colored in Photoshop. The main goal was to see how if I could recreate a drawing of a small tabletop miniature, and I think as far as that goes it turned out good. The background leaves allot to be desired, especially the clouds that look like malignant tumors.

20 Aug 2005	Johan Aronson	Loading... I beg to differ about the clouds, I think they are great. I only wish I could paint clouds like that. The Adeptus Astarte himself is very nicely done also, and he's a Dark Angel! Have only one gripe, and that is that his shoulder pads seems a tad bit too small.
