| This is a poem about a faerie who falls in love with a human boy |
|
A Faerie Queen (i)
So lonely upon her cool moss throne
Crafted from the finest of all
hidden gifts of nature.
She sees him,
Human boy, shining like
A Brief star.
Lips as autumn, Eyes as rain.
His shadow like a faeries wings,
embracing him in a darkness
that could never quench
his ethereal light.
A Faerie Queen,
By all means of Magick,
From the fey and deep love
Casts an enchantment entrapping
Azurecrystalflowofuniversalforce
And a boy fell into nothingness
Spirit slumber in a circle of faeries.
Dance oh changeling child,
In the court of a Faerie Queen,
to the music of forgetting
So she (i) may marvel
In the burning autumn
of human-warm lips.
Clothe fragile lithe body
In the finest sheaths of spider silk,
And admire its shimmer,
This-a-way and that-a-way.
A Faerie Queen shall have you forever
Oh changeling child.
Eternally yours in a sleep of
Nowhere nothing nevermore.
A brief star twinkles out.
A Faerie Queen upon throne
of lovely lichen.
Fell in love with a man-child.
Once upon autumn lips placed
An eternal spirit kiss.
Soul
Mind
Heart
Kiss.
In the court of a Faerie Queen.
