18 May 2007	Réka Szabó	Loading... Some things about the crow. (1) I think crows' feet are bigger and stronger than that. (2) They also have darker eyes (3) This is quite personal, as one of the strongest images the word "crow" evokes in my mind is that oily gloss on a crow's plumage, that appearance of shiny, almost metallic smoothness. I'm aware that it's not always so apparent, especially not in Corvus corone - I assume that's the species in the drawing -, but still I miss it. The bird's eye, however, is fantastically alive. And the picture is beautiful.
