	The pre-stellar civilisation down there is in civil war. Must we intervene or not ? Of course, rules say no, but heart says yes. This sunrise viewed from space has a blood color. (Pencils, A4)

3 Apr 1999	Themnax of lananara	Loading... i think i like everything about the immage itsel; the colors, the environment, even the fassion accessories. there are very good reasons for that prime directive. the best of intentions have been known to only muck things up worse. the only exception might be prevention of/intervention against, genocide. it's a tough call, but nonintervention is usualy the best course. preventing a world from having to be destroyed is another valid exception...
