oh, I'm sooooo... creative with names, huh? anywho... I had this life drawing that I did a while back, I think it was about a 10 minute study or somewhere around there. and I was looking at it the other day and I decided she would make a nice faery, so I scanned it in in pieces (because it's big, you know lifedrawing on big ol pad of newsprint) stitched it all together and began painting, this is what I have after one night. (and a bit of the morning too:) a faery, who I decided was to be blue for no particular reason, sits and watches other faeries fliting about in the woods

2 Mar 2008	Green Phoenix	Loading... Maybe you can call it ’dewdrop fairy’, because of the wings and her colour. The proportions on her head and neck seem a little bit off and the background could be a little less rough, but overall it is still a very nice image. ~#G
