SciFi and Fantasy Art Gryphon Rampant by Jill Johansen

a Gryphon drawn in heraldic style. I was inspired while researching my family tree and the various coats of arms. There actually are no gryphons in any my family's coats of arms (lots of birds) but I liked the heraldic gryphons, so I drew my own using pictures from books of gryphons and lions...

If you ever write a book, this could be a part any of your characters’ crest! Sin 3 Killer: The HOMM 5 gryphon has a crown around its neck and a chain twisting around its body. It’s white with golden wings, and not this detailed.
