SciFi and Fantasy Art Maple´s portrait by Jenny Olivera

Maple here volunteered not to long ago to be both my site mascot and my art guinea pig. This was done as a watercolor experiment, but it turned out nice. My mom liked it so much I framed it and gave it to her as half her birthday present (the other half was A Face in the Water). She's supposed to just be 'smiling at the camera,' but instead she looks like she's trying not to laugh. I think I amuse her.
