Hi Joche, as a beginning, it´s not at all bad ! It will take some time in order to reveal your own style, but after a short period of time you will achieve what you want to. Simply post more and forget your slogan " I´m not so good ", because almost everyone of us had an uncomfortable start into drawing 2

Is it not true that we are our own worst critics? I seem to have the same problem, I see the picture in my head and what comes out is not that picture2But I have found not trying so hard has helped me. but as always Practice! keep it up, I'm sure you will make your mark on the world. you have already started here.

Many people I know have profited greatly from contact with other artists, stimulating each other to improove, exchange tips and inspire each other. If you haven't already heard of DutchElfwood, you might want to check out http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dutchelfwood, the msgboard for Dutch artists of Elfwood. We organize meetings every once in a while, to come together and draw. Take a look at http://dutchelfwood.mine.nu for some of the results. Maybe we'll see you at one of these meetings?

Hey fellow-men dutchie,I have the same problem as you. I can draw something if I have an example. But when I have an idea, I just can't get it on paper. I'm practicing and practicing till I get good enough to draw my idea's. Drawing a lot really helps, you remember things and draw them better the next time. Keep on drawing, and lot's of success!!!!
