That makes me sound like I know something about art, which I don't, but it just looks good. Actually it looks fantastic. Joel N. Barkley replies: "Thank you for your wonderful critique! I get so motivated when people become interested in my art enough to analize it with such wonderful detail! You have so eloquently touched upon all of the aspects of this piece that make it one of my favorites!"

The concept is so unique and beautiful, I love the colour flows around, and the cuts in his lips are great. Just wow. I would surely have tagged this to my favorites, but I don’t have room for more pictures there, Elfwood has this stupid max tagged thingy... I had to delete some of my favorites from there to get room for art gifts from my friends... So I hope you understand. But I love this so much!!! It is a favorite anyway!!!!!!! Joel N. Barkley replies: "Tusen Takk!! Du er velldig snill! Velkommen Vilde Ulriksen! Hallo und God Morgen! Jeg snakker bare litt Norsk. Hvordan har du det? Ok, I hope that wasn’t too painful, I looked a little Norwegian up on line. There were so many dialects I got lost right away. I do speak a little german(very, very little). Thank you for your kind words and thoughts about my art. I am so glad to hear some powerful compliments, I was needing some input from fellow artists! Thank you! I am curios, what time is it there right now? Its 10:40 am here. I must sound like a total goof! Anyway thank you for speaking english for my sake and look forward to hearing from you. Peace, Joel"

LOL, that was no bad! Yeah, we got lots of dialects and two writing laguages, norwegian and new norwegain. We have to learn both at school No one I know at my school likes new norwegian very much
Right now it is 10:59 in the morning here
Fun talking with you! Vi snakkes! (can you figure out what that means?)
| 15 Jun 2008 | Vilde D. Ulriksen | Loading...Hi, Joel! Just wanted to tell you that I’ll put this in the guided tour I am working on; ’wonderful portraits of Elfwood’. Joel N. Barkley replies: "Tusen takk!!! Du er veldig snill!! Hvordan har du det? I am so glad that you can’t hear me speaking Norwegian! You would probably either be offended or die laughing! As I sit in front of my computer looking up Norwegian phrases, I speak the words out loud, trying to put an accent to each word. I think I must probably sound Swedish more than anything! Anyway, thank you for including me in your tour. When you are finished creating your tour, send me a message so I can take the tour as well!! Thanks again! I always enjoy hearing from you!! Ser deg senare!!!
