Ed,

Not enough paintings to comment on those -- I like your sense of color. But your drawings are really great! You are a very inspired draftsman and the modeling with just lines is amazing! As a digital addict, you should think about scanning your drawings and painting them in Paint Program. Great stuff!

You certainly are imaginative. It's nice to see original forms, yet still done beautifully in a traditional style.

Heey Joel, I'm happy to see Elfwood back online, I seriously hope that you upload more of your work since the downtime. Me just got back from a vacation, so I'll be getting back into the swing of things soon.

Hello Edward! I'm sorry, I was unable to answer on your comment - Elfwood has been closed just a moment before. But now it's all ok. Thank you for visiting my humble corner, your art is great, I enjoy your gallery very much!

I like you pencil sketches. They show that you have a definite skill when it comes to drawing. hope to see more!

Nice looking style and graphite technique, Edward. Your use of color is good but I bet you have improved your application technique of the oil medium. By the looks of it, you have not been around for a few years. What does your art look like now that you have had 7 years to develop your skills? ;-) Have you had the opportunity to do any professional illustration work like you wanted?

:-) Edward Joel Wittlif replies: "Thanks for looking. I have not really done much with the oils lately but once something new comes up I’ll be sure to post it."

mozart, I tried to deal with him, but unfortunatly his music didnt stick...

:-) Edward Joel Wittlif replies: "I started listening to Mozart after watching the movie Amadeus. Mozart’s Requiem, the theme, was what really grabbed my attention. "
