  | A fan-made Lucario character in the Red Alert universe, Dmitri was a factory worker in Vladivostok until Yuri's Psychic Dominators went active across the globe. Much to his fortune (or misfortune, depending on which way you look at it) he was immune to mind control at the cost of his own body - thus explaining his current condition as a Lucario. With the ability to liberate those under mind control now, He's stopping at nothing to see that Yuri is dealt with and make him pay for the hardship in the end.
