John is returning from a nearly four year hiaatus from Elfwood. Well, it certainly has been a VERY long time since I have chanced entering the Woods...the Elves let me leave, and it took me a while to get the courage up to come back. I am a whopping one and twenty years of age now, am married, and even have a little baby girl! Crazy, I know. I work at Starbucks (go Starbucks!) which only employs on a part-time basis, so you'll be seeing more of me and my work (YAY!)

okay, i have made myself a promise. Actually, i made it a long time ago, and i think i can fulfill it now. Every pic that i once attempted to do well and didn't i will now redo. (ha...right)

first of all i love the mage idea and how they are done, for another mage i think you should do a mage of metal were he has something along the lines of green glowing eyes and a metalic-like cloak. Also maybe a mage of chaos were his face are hell-like flames with black wholes for eyes and a torn up cloak. i think thoughs will be sweet.

hey due it seems to me that your are obsessed with mages are you one of those repeating artists, hope you aint because dude if you set your mind to it you could come up with amazing but DIFFERENT sketches, try it some time.
