Cthulhu has wings, you can see it in a picture done by H.P. Lovecraft himself.

That was the description of a statue of Cthulhu in The Call of Cthulhu, The tale of Inspector Legrasse...so the idiots who told you he doesn't have wings need to actually read Lovecraft before making stupid comments. It's GREAT, it looks exactly as it should.
