Well that’s good about the writing for you. Myself, I haven’t had much luck writing. The characters just don’t want to work for me.

Camping has been pretty good. Weather has been pretty nice.

:-) John R Farley Jr replies: "My book looks like it’s going to top 235 pages or more. All I wanted to do was add a few things, and wound up rewriting the entire story and I made a lot of changes. Oddly enough, it’s better.

Are you camping now? At this time of year, I love going outside. That’s why my bike rides are so long, so I can stay out longer. "

LOL, I have tryed to avoid adding stuff to things I already wrote so wont have to rewrite my story. But the last chapter I wrote came out of left field and now my outline doesn’t work.

:-) John R Farley Jr replies: "I’m not so much adding anything as when I put something down, then I have to remember to put the same thing down, such as the noise or smell something has. Or some detail that needs explaining. One of my problems is the size of the spacecraft in the story. It’s 3,960 feet long, or 3/4ths of a mile. Describing its dimensions is like throwing too many large numbers at the reader. So I break it down as having the engines the longer than an aircraft carrier (1,000 feet) and the hull of the ship as high as a 40 story building, or some 450 feet."

That’s a big spacecraft

:-) John R Farley Jr replies: "Oh yes! But not my biggest. We’re talking 100 mile wide space stations too. 12"

no, the weather has been mild so far.

:-) John R Farley Jr replies: "That could be it too. Optimal conditions for allergens.

I keep looking for the "Like" button here. 14"
30 May 2014:-) Chelsea L Pennelly
LOL, sorry no "Like" button here.14 But I know what you mean, I somethings forget what site I’m on and start writing codes or something for another site

:-) John R Farley Jr replies: "Or I want to hit the non-existent "enter" button. "

How you been?

:-) John R Farley Jr replies: "I’m doing well, how about you?

I getting in 100 miles per week on the bike. 4 days riding 17.7 miles, and Saturday rides at 30 or more. Had a bike crash because I was strafed by a Canada goose. It’s hatchling season. That’s another thing, I’m stronger now, and I risk hitting the brakes on the bike too hard, throwing me to the side and on the pavement. Ouch! But it looks hilarious via a GPS record of my ride. There’s a big squiggle trying to follow how I crashed. "
30 May 2014:-) Chelsea L Pennelly
I’m good

Well what a mean goose. LOL, your GPS recorded the crash, that is interesting. I’ve thought of getting a bike for myself so I could ride it to work because I work so close to home. But the cars are crazy at the time I go work and I don’t trust people not to hit me.

:-) John R Farley Jr replies: "Yes, a real life Angry Bird. 18

I just pretend no one can see me, and act accordingly. Peoples’ situational awareness is non-existent anyway. "

Well I need to get my stuff ready for tomorrow. GoodNight and I’ll chat with you next time. 2

:-) John R Farley Jr replies: "Okay, good luck and have fun. 2"
4 Jul 2014:-) Gary Gibson
Happy Independence Day! How did you celebrate? How are you? What’s new?

:-) John R Farley Jr replies: "Hi, Gary. I didn’t do much. I did a 35 mile bike ride, then had dinner at McDonald’s. Yeah, I live on the edge. 12

What did you do? "
11 Jul 2014:-) Chelsea L Pennelly
Hey John, How are you?

:-) John R Farley Jr replies: "I’m doing good! How are you?"
