| 29 Aug 2002 | Oliver Jöhnk | Welcome to the woods! You have a very unique and interesting style. Keep up the good work! And I'm really curious for the things that might be come from you in future. Don't ask me why, but I have the feeling that you show only a part of your actual skills. Jodie M. Biggs replies: "Thanks for the feedback Oliver. I do what I can, but I often feel I have no time to draw. Oddly enough most of these start as doodles in the longer meetings at work! I would love to do more, but have a time versus money issue." | |
| 3 Sep 2002 | Craig Lee | You do most of them in meetings? lol, sounds like how most of my pics come into being, except they'd be during classes. Obviously its the mark of a genious. Jodie M. Biggs replies: "I've become a bit notorious for it. Now I just have to make sure I don't start rows when I give doodles to colleagues!" | |
| 10 Sep 2002 | Erin Stevenson O'Connor | If she is indeed your favorite author, you ought to know that her last name is spelled McCaffREY, not McCaffery. *end rant mode* My apologies for sounding all pissy about it, I honestly don't mean it that way -- I'm just in a mood. Okay, I'm off to NOT pick on spelling. Jodie M. Biggs replies: "I hate it when I swap letters like that! Thanks for noticing!" | |
| 19 Sep 2002 | Bree Patton | Ah! I'm reading "The Rowan" right now. McAffrey is also one of my mom's favorite authors, so we have a lot of her books around the house for me to steal and read. I also like her Acorna series, as well. I also have read Black horses for the king, as well as some pern books. I really liked the Harper Hall Trilogy. *Grins* Oi, I must wind down and get ready to go to youth group. Thanks for the comment on my gallery! Jodie M. Biggs replies: "I've really enjoyed the Rowan series and Pern, but I must say that I haven't tried Acorna and have yet to read the Harper Hall set. You may also want to try the Crystal Singer series they are more 'Rowan-like' than Pern-y." | |
| 26 Jul 2003 | Brianna Ingram | I like your work. You have a great eye for shading. Would you mind if I let my old high school teacher look at your work? | |
