Tag As FavoriteComment		This is the really bad guy. Together with his associate(not drawn yet) he tricks 'the falsely suspected guy' to do their bidding, thus having him think he knows what is going on, but they are just using him for a particular power he has that they need.
Clothing should generally match that of the 'falsely suspected guy' and 'the innocent tourists', but not in a too obvious manner.
This guy should come out as clearly evil.

Hmmm the body looks odd...I think because the width of the shoulders would suggest a longer torso...maybe that's why the legs look really long...lengthen out the torso and that should do the trick 2
