Since when is it a crime to specialize in one particular type of art or subject matter? All over the art world, there are artists who render nothing but landscapes, artists who paint nothing but flowers, artists who exclusively paint portraits, artists who only draw animals... even in Elfwood there are those who might only draw dragons, or strictly fairies, or mermaids. The list could go on all day. But let a gallery have a large proportion of nudes, or even just a high ratio of drawings of women, and people whine. Stop it. It's hypocritical, and it's annoying. Personally, I prefer to see an artist who has a specialty because it makes it easier for me, as a buyer, to find what I want, instead of those who paint general subjects.
