This picture was inspired by the lovely medieval tapestry 'A Mon Seul Desir' - My Only Desire, nowadays known simply as 'The Lady and the Unicorn'. I took some of its symbolic imagery and mixed it with the nursey rhyme 'The Lion and the Unicorn'.

Lovely composition and choice of colour, though the outlines and figures could be a little clearer - but I suspect this is ore due to scan/photo quality than drawing.
