Pencil and Paint shop for the background. Another game I was toying around with. Where a portal opens in eastern europe from a doomed world where the undead have nearly annihilated all the living to this world in the late middle ages. Elves, Dwarves, Halflings, Ogres and the Undead themselves pour through the gate until it is sealed by the elves. The races spread across the continent, some coexisting, some openly violent with the humans. The undead on the other hand spread like wildfire among the buried dead of the humans. Cremation becomes law as the lichlords animate the dead across the globe. A new dark age looms over the people of Earth. The church launches an inquisition and undead hunting parties organize to take back the night. The refugees organize their numbers and join the humans against the darkness.

Wow, that is something i have never seen anything like it this is my first comment and i have known about elfwood for a while now and im just like wow, keep up the good work man, i draw also but no were near your detail, and excelent shading done on it too!!!!!!!!!!!!

*******How compelling!! There seems to be a strongly brooding quality. They say nothing is perfect--but this has to be close. The shading is what really makes the picture a success.*******
