||'Annecronites are puzzling, they give up their own humanity, or elfality or whatever, to be more...dead. Yet they aren't quite dead. They speak only in low raspy voices, like someone with a throat infection. Don't ask me why, it's probably for effect. This one i've been studying, from a distance mind you, is a unique one. He seems to permit me to keep an eye on him, as long as I don't interfere. It's like he doesn't care about the living anymore, or maybe he just doesn't see me as a threat. His cloak whirls around him like it's not even connected to his body, like a cold wind surrounds him at all times. It's why I gave him the nickname of Cold One. In my book, 'The Annecronites: Lives of the Dead', I stated that these living testaments to the wonders of necromancy seem to have odd little quirks about them that I surmise may actually be curses from a god of nature or life for their betrayal. It's really quite fascinating.' - Professor Andohar Lyconia, Acclatica University.|
Pencil and tinted. Another old concept sketch of Voidstalker. Everybody loves a zombie, so why don't you?
