Secondly, I love her hands!!! And finally, does she have breasts or something else??? Anyway, a very original pic which I like a lot. Love how you made the underwater background. Jorieke JoSav Savelkouls replies: "She's sort of neutral, swearing allegeance to her species, wanting nothing more than to reproduce and survive. She matches the intelligence of whales but is smart enough to keep away from humans so she could be considered wiser. Her skull-shape just make her look a tad monstrous, that's all. ^-^
Glad you love her hands. I thought she needed something to give her a head start over other intelligent marine life... And yes she does have breasts, six of them. *smiles*"

The only thing I can say is, she's a bit swallowed up by the seaweed in the background. But that can be fixed easily! And *whispers* it screams for colour! (you know me ) Jorieke JoSav Savelkouls replies: "Possibly. And perhaps it does scream for color, but I am kind of wound up in bigger projects, plus... I have no idea how to color this..."

| 14 Aug 2003 | Marlena Cannon | Loading...Well, I love the shading on the rocks and the texture on the coral! Jorieke JoSav Savelkouls replies: " It was fun to do, I was sitting in the train, feeling a little bored... good way to spend my time, don't you think?" | |

She seems to bear with her a great anger (wouldn't want that vented upon me!). Very captivating! Jorieke JoSav Savelkouls replies: "Hehe, not really, it's just the way she looks, which is the reason Humans fear them so much during the Dark Ages..."
| 18 Aug 2003 | Jo Dieleman | Loading...This is a very original and interesting interpretation of a mermaid. I like the hands, her tail and her ears. Really different of all other mermaids I've seen. Jorieke JoSav Savelkouls replies: "Oh my... another vote for originality... and here I am still thinking it's not original. Thanks for stopping by, Jo. You know I love your work!" | |
