SciFi and Fantasy Art Centuriin: The Master by Josephine Rosén

Among the reptdenns you may find a strict hierachial (?) society, ruled by individuals called 'Judges'. Below them you find those who hold the 'real' power, the Masters. They have control over the various forts and lands inhabited by the reptdenns and thereby they also control all military power...

Here is one of these Masters, head of a masterhouse known as 'Blue bowl'. He is said to be a brutal Master in deed.
