This is a really classy gallery from a true artist. You convey atmosphere and emotion so effortlessly. All the work is muted, yet still sumptuous in its presentation, and it is evident that you have a real skill for getting a powerful image across without over-elaboration. I really look forward to seeing more.

:-) Joakim Smidhagen replies: "Oh my! what a comment.. it's almost too much, wasn't really prepared for that. Thank you! There will be more..soon.."

I think your artwork is amazing! I love the originality and i think you should continue using the same color scheme throughout your newer pieces whenever those come about because i think the reds and oranges really work for your pieces.

:-) Joakim Smidhagen replies: "Thank you! You love the colours...I love them too! For some reason I always return to them in some way, it gives my paintings more life I think."

This has to be one of my fav rooms in the wood. The paintings here just seem to whisper to me and make me want to just fadeinto thier welcomeing arms. The death of a swan is one of my faves on here. Id love to join her. Oh and yep Ive stood on that road u mentioned and let my cares wash away with the rain. You are just so awsome with paint. Im both jelious and amazed LOL .
