Tag As FavoriteComment		This is only my second fully digital painting. I had intended to make it much larger in scale with more people in it and a broader horizon but then I decided that since I'm still learning to paint... I'll save the bigger projects for later.

What you see here is a scene from my "Cauldron of Creation" storyline. The spaceships in the background are human invaders come to conquer this fantasy world of myths and magic. The character in the front should look perhaps sad... resolved. Something of that nature. I suppose this is my first attempt at background. It was different but with practice I think I can come to enjoy it.

I think there maybe should have been some red light reflected off the gray skin, there’s a little too much of a contrast there which makes all of the colored pieces appear tacked on, rather than part of the original figure. That’s a minor quibble, though. Very, very nice piece.

i love the concept of mixing sci-fi and fantasy in this, the colours you’ve used in this go together just great
