You have a lot of potential here I think, particularly considering your young age. You have a definite eye for layout and design, though perhaps you could focus more on figure and form. Find models or pictures to draw from, perhaps. Start small, draw one area at a time, trying to accurately represent and recreate what you see, and go from there. I would like you to color more though *nods* There's a good program that copies Adobe Photoshop called Paint Shop Pro. You can download it from http://www.jasc.com/products/psp/ if you'd like it.
