Female Lycanthrope morphing back to her human state. Unfortunately, she got in a scrap while prowling about that night. (c) 2004 Joann Taylor; Medium: PSP 5.0

The contrast between the pretty face and her beasty nature gives a strong punch to the stereotipic man-with-a-wolf-head.

12 Joann L. Shipp replies: "Thank you! I really wanted to keep her beauty but maintain the ferocity of her alterego."

I like this piece because I have a slight morbid (though a better way to put it is sick) impulse toward dead things, zombies. While I realize she's not a zombie, but a weir creature (and I like the scrap story), I can't help seeing her as walking deadish. I like werewolves too, so either way it's great, and either way I like the looks of her.

1 Joann L. Shipp replies: "  Thanks for visiting my gallery. I admit I have a fascination with the darker side of fantasy. I have a few pictures I would like to post, but I think they are little extreme, so they remain offline."

I like this, very interesting and very scary. It would look just a little better and more natural if you had some teeth showing inside of her mouth. Also I think eyebrows should be showing more. especially if she is a lyncathrope.

1 Joann L. Shipp replies: "  Thanks! I didn't give much thought to her eyebrows...hahaha... now that you mention it. Now, the teeth.. I didn't want her to be very showy for just the reason she was happy to escape alive. She wasn't looking to fight anymore. hehe"

OOOO...she looks mean!! I like it!! Here, let me get that spot of blood for you,my dear(reaches up to her lip with a hankey, only to have me hand bitten off!!) Yikes!! Great job on this one, especially the hair and eyes. I can see your style growing2

1 Joann L. Shipp replies: "*bows* Thank you kind sir. 2 I am glad this came out well, I wanted to really practice on skin tones, well just using and blending similiar shades of color together."

wow, this is supercool pic2
I like her hair, and her look... her facial expression is showing bloodthirst, and yet she looks very calmed. like she is observing her next meal...
sorry for my crappy English but I am very impressed with this picture.

12 Joann L. Shipp replies: "Thanks! I am glad you like her. I know that I am pretty happy how this picture came out. "

Wow! I love the way you did the lips!

12 Joann L. Shipp replies: "Thanks! I think they make her look wanton for something."
15 Jun 2005:-) Guy Verstraeten
Man if that's the nightshift she's working, i would recommend her a dayjob.

:-) Joann L. Shipp replies: "Hehe.. 1 I am sure she thinks the same. What's a girl with Lycanthropy do?"
16 Mar 2008:-) Julia 1000worlds
This is beautiful. I love how the colours "run" into eachother a bit an everything is so "swishy". gives the whole thing a really wild and natural look, I think.

:-) Joann L. Shipp replies: "Thanks Nadia. 2"
