Um...the lizard's cute...but I agree with everyone else. That's not a drow/dark elf. It can be a grey elf...but the drow are not like her.

Ohhhh all you guys make me laugh with your comments about Dark Elves. Wizards of the Coast has brainwashed you all with their Forgotten Realms setting and their Drow. I NEVER said she was a Drow, so don't get her confused. She IS what is called a dark elf in my world, Derluin. Dark Elves in Derluin are desert dwelling dark skinned elves.

She in NO WAY has anything to do with a Drow, they don't even exist in Derluin.

My God, how narrow minded people can be! Just because someone sat down and made one special version of a race that doesn't even exist, and then showed it off in a great game, that does NOT mean that's the only way to do it! Imagination is free, let people make up their own mind, don't just bow to one way of doing it. No one has seen a dark elf, so no one can say that they're supposed to look like that or that. It disgusts me! Get a grip, think a little for yourselves, geez!
I think this picture is very good, and I like the way you picture dark elves better than the black/purple skin type. They never look good on pictures with black skin anyway, it always gets too dark for me. Your dark elves resemble the ones in Warhammer to some degree. Anyway, she look good. The lizard is a bit blurry, but who am I to complaint(I'm not especially good at computer colouring).

OK people!!!! This artist can do whatever they want when they draw!!!! if they want to have her different its fine!!! besides every single drow/dark elf doesnt have to follow exact rules. its not like every drow/darkelf....or ya know what? ANY kind of creature, doesnt get this handbook as soon as there born called How to be a ..whatever the creature is.... in chapter 1: YOU MUST FOLLOW THESE EXACT QUALITIES OR ELSE YOUR NOT A... no doesnt work that way, hey! for we know (the artist makes this up) she could like be banned from her tribe,or separated from friends/family or she doesnt like being what she is and sets out to be a one-of-a-kind person. so my point is that the artist can do whatever they want to their pics and make up any kind of thing to go along with it! NO OFFENSE to all they people who say what they drow/darkelf qualities are I just think it is all up to the artist! (I thank everyone who has read this comment) anyways I very much like this pic and all of your other ones! I encourage you to draw more and keep up the good work! (sorry but I got a LITTLE pissed off. heh heh...

I really like this picture, it shows individuality. And those who made bad comments, let's see you do better!
Anyway, on it's own it is very good, it raises questions in the mind, why is she alone and for how long, how old it she, etc. etc. A book could easily be written on this picture alone. thank-you for your time.
