Um.. One point about Elfwood and art trades... Art trades are fine, but under no circumstances are you allowed to post another person's work, even with their permission. As a matter of fact, Common-Sense Rule number one:

"Your artwork and/or writing must be 100% your own work. If the art/writing is not fully yours, from idea to finished creation, then don't put it up HERE."

This is a really good picture with wonderful anatomy and a decent background, but have him put it on his site and you put your half of the art trade on this site and just link each other.

I'm not usually a stickler for rules, but when I see an blatant violation of the rules, and the artist seems reasonably intelligent with a good measure of talent, I have to say something to keep them from getting shredded by the ERB.
