I think it portrays the part of the love that is innocent, between them. Pure Julia Doering replies: "Thank you very much." | |

| 13 Jun 2009 | Victoria Lia Yu | Loading...I love this picture as I had recently taken up to the Legend of Drizzt, and though I can’t remember myself, I believe a scene like that does take place. The only thing that seems off might be that Cattie-Brie’s face seems a fit too old for her age at that time. She was like ten, eleven? No more than thirteen from my memory. She seems to look a tad old. Apart from that, everything seems just right. The emotions and facial expressions. I just wish I got the seventh book already. Totally addicted at the moment. I love coming to your gallery from time to time... Julia Doering replies: "Thanks Victoria, I have difficulties drawing younger people - they always end up looking 5 to 10 years older than they’re supposed to be. ^^" | |
| 25 Jun 2009 | Victoria Lia Yu | Loading...That happens to me as well just with some other variouos drawing problems as well, which is probably why I don’t even dare post my art on elfwood...They look horrid. *shudder* Julia Doering replies: "Well, looking at your portrait picture I don’t see anything to be ashamed of, quite the contrary in fact. Maybe you should give it a try ." | |
