Tag As FavoriteComment		The Green Man, what he might look like if he were a fox. shape-shifting is fairly common in celtic lore, so who knows!? Note the bronze mask hanging at his side... and YES, I painted each of those leaves one at a time... ***hand-cramp***. Character painted in acrylics, background in coloured pencil - all on Bristol paper.

My first though was robin hood as well _I'm sorry. It definetly deserves the Mod's Choice. What I really like is the fine details on it not just the leaves and cloak, but even the braid in the hair. It's an amazing piece congrats.

You do the mythological themes so well The atmosphere is perfect. Would love to see more. Also - would love to see you do mythological themes with humans instead of arthromorphs. Bet they would be masterpieces.
