| 10 May 2006 | Blakeslee2 | Loading...Okay, I've read all of your stories, but I haven't commented on them all. Some of them there just wasn't any comment for. They are all good. Some are pretty darn amazing, in fact. The thing I like the most is that they all teach something. You are a phenomenal writer. Please write more. ~Tawnya~ Justin A 'Merlion Emrys' Williams replies: "Thank you for reading all the stories I have here, and for leaving so many wonderful comments! I actually have a number of other stories written, but I havent been posting them here partly due to the time it takes, and partly because some of them I wish to try and publish, and putting them here can make that harder.I'm off to reply to your other comments " | |
| 3 Dec 2007 | H. England | Loading...Hey there! Thanks for commenting in my art gallery and tagging one of my pictures! I just wanted to give you a disclaimer about the pic you tagged, though. It was inspired by clips from Pan's Labyrinth that I saw on TV before it came out, but I've never seen the movie because I heard it is utterly rife with bad language and gore. Just wanted to warn you in case you didn't know ^____^ Anyway, now that I see you are an author I will have to go and read a few of your writings ^.^ Onward I go Justin A 'Merlion Emrys' Williams replies: "I apreciate you letting me know that. I did already know that the movie is supposed to be pretty intense, but those things arent too much of an issue for me as long as theres a good story/images to be gotten out of it. Dark and unpleasant things have their place as well. Thank you very much for commenting. As always, if you wish to see more of my work (only a tiny portion of it is here) please feel free to email or message me." | |

| 12 Mar 2008 | Elina Vähä-Mäkilä | Loading...Oh yeah, finally I managed to kick myself here to write some feedback! Past weeks I’ve been reading your stories, but as a horribly lazy commentator a haven’t leaved anything here until now.
Unfortunately I got a reminder why I dislike reading literature in English. Too often it happens that I stuck scratching the surface and the words themselves rather than diving into the world behind them. However, I’ve still got the picture that your text runs very smoothly and it’s pleasant to read. I already noticed while reading ”First Light” that you’re very good with descriptions and at creating feelings, and your other stories confirmed that. Sometimes I can really imagine myself into places you’re telling about hence the strong impressions. One thing you could improve are storylines. I wouldn’t say there’s something wrong with them now, but you could be perhaps a bit more ambitious. More turns and more things that arouse readers curiosity. Eventually you have good basis on your writing and potential to become a great, tasty storyteller.
Hmm...now I have this little itch to start my own writing again. I’ve never really given up of it, but nowadays my progress can be pretty slow. I should whip myself into stride again since writing can be rewardingly fun if you put some efford into it.
| 18 Mar 2008 | Anne Wipf | Loading...Thank you sooo much for your tag. I’m so pleased you loved my tree tour. Thank you again and again.
I promise, I’ll try to read one of your stories when I’ll get a few time: my English is not very fluent, I cannot read anything without a dictionnary and it takes a lot of time alas... Justin A 'Merlion Emrys' Williams replies: "Try to stay calm. Don’t panic or anything. Read some of the stories, leave comments. I will soon go and look at your gallery..."
