Okay, here we have a Dark Wizard starting a battle against a knight of somesort. If the knight falls, the fort behind him is doomed... Though which one of them is the evil one... that I don't actually know. yeah, a pencil pic it is as you can see. It was very hard for me to do a pencil pic... And that kinda suprised me. I think this is way too messy. The pic is A3 size, and the elfwood size limitation didn't do very much good for this pic... So it looks even more messy.

*gasps* Wow.......the detail in this pic is totaly breath taking.......I think (and I'm anything but an experiand artist like u) that colouring it in would bring it to life but in my opinion black and white are just as cool (or mabey even cooler, who knows?)

:-) Janne Vuollet replies: "Well, the only option for me would be to color this with computer. Cause I don't like to color over pencil. And I suck in computer arts so... True, that coloring could bring it more alive. More alive? Can something be less alive than alive, being still alive? Ok I'm thinking silly again... Anyways, thanks for commenting."

Most impressive back-round what I have seen2 I bet you must have done this for days.. The details makes this pics one of my favorite in the Elfwood=)

:-) Janne Vuollet replies: "A few days yes... Not very long every day though. thanks for the comment."

LLLLLOVE the forest! *in awe* Incredibly well shaded, and such detail...
But... (there always seems to be a 'but', doesn't it...) unfortunately the main characters in the front seem to vanish in the abundance of details. Now don't get me wrong : I do love the background, especially the trees. But maybe a bit more contrast would have brought the characters out better. Now I seem to have to squint and really look for them...
But anyways : awesome job, my fellow citizen. *grin*

No onpa kyllä hiano ja tiijjäkkö mixi. No sixi, että se on tommonen MUSTAVALAKEE! Heheeheheheeeeheh!

:-) Janne Vuollet replies: "Joo!Metsän haltia oon... Mutta hei partaäijä, sitten ku mä juoksen ahmalan hangilla niin sä saat sitte olla kääpiö hemmo ku kerta parran oot kasvattanu. Kompastut vielä siihen partaa ku nii pitkä on! Sitte siitä roikkuu hirveitä lumipalloja ku möyrit lumessa!"

Whatever you do, DON'T MAKE ONE BLACK AND THE OTHER WHITE!!! It would be the ultimate cliche! But you're not going to do anything, you say...? Hrrrrrm... I certainly think you should make a new picture. The design of that mage/wizard/thing is unique enough to make for a very interesting subject (in my opinion). And I have to say, I'm also on the magic thing's side. 2 Ahh. I wish I had my own keep just up some stairs like that one. Mind if I try coloring it?

:-) Janne Vuollet replies: "Hmm, maybe I'll do a new version of this someday. Right now I have lots of other ideas that I'd like to make. Wanna color it? Hmm... sure, why not 9 If you want I could send you a better version of this, it'd be easier to color."

Those 2 are strang looking dudes
but they are very entertaining
one wonders who on earth are they
the one on the right reminds me of don quixote for some reason
the other one well
hi legs seem to be melting down
though he could pass for don quixote's sidekick idf
they werent fighting each other
i like the quirky characters
and the detail in the picture is amazing
down to the veins on the leaves almost
yes i love the trees
fantastic
this is what fantasy is all about
