That all came out fast. I can't fight the perfectionist in me anymore; the blue dog looks just a bit too thin... ... ... I'll shut up cuz that was a rude thing to say about a beautifull like this. those wings are remarkable.*still in awe* Jenna 'Kaikisuka' Linn Barton replies: "Thanks!!"

Quite the contrary, the anatomy of the wolves is fantastic, and the juxtaposition, masterful. Jenna 'Kaikisuka' Linn Barton replies: "*refers you to above comment* Once more, thankies!"
| 7 May 2007 | Glo 'the Bug' Bowden | Loading...I think it amazing the way you combined elements of night, which is something that wolves enjoy of course, and heaven. It makes perfect sense and it's absolutely lovely. And they look so happy! Not to bash the constructive crits above, but I think they spend far to long thinking about lighting and whether this dog is too thin or not yatta yatta and don't pay attention to the fact that it is supposed to be artistic not realistic (how many angelic wolves have you met?). I believe you did a fabulous job with all the elements you used on this picture. From the clouds to the sky to the way you colored the fur, and most especially to the energy of the dogs themselves. As a whole this portrays a beautiful feeling of freedom and happiness. And not only does it portray a beautiful feeling, it's just plain beautiful. Kudos to you for a fabulous pic! Jenna 'Kaikisuka' Linn Barton replies: "Wow. Don't know what to say to that, but...thank you. That was about the nicest comment I've heard for a while. I hope that I can keep creating art that people can like--this one was just a bit of creative splurge, but apparently it turned out ok. Thanks again." | |

| 21 Jun 2008 | Dreamweaver | Loading...In all honosty Jenna, you made my heart break. I love the drawing. It reminds me of my dog that was attacked by our neighbors Dingos. If it’s any consolation, I think you should take this seriously and get a job or something where you can show the world the art you can do. Jenna 'Kaikisuka' Linn Barton replies: "Well, thank you very much. Sorry about your dog--losing a pet is terrible. I hope to get a job doing something artistic in the future. ^^ Til then I’m just a secretary at a physician’s office. I appreciate the comment very much, thank you." | |
