This picture was just a quickie (the first Ed pic of 2008!) to experiment with his face at a slight angle, and mess with the line texture a bit. It could have been better (of course, they always can) but it was kind of fun to do. I messed around with gradient cel-shading for the first time, too. The background is the military HQ, but I replaced the lion-emblem with the Flammel sign (Ed’s cross). Because…I can.

I love Ed, and your work is amazing, but no offense the title does not match the picture in any way shape or form. Fullmetal Alchemist fans all know how Ed looks when called "little". I suggest a prompt change of title.
