Kajsa Aiwën Himyáviëwen Holmberg

Welcome, wanderer, to my part of these woods. I am glad you found your way here ^^
My name's Kajsa Holmberg... My full Elvish name is Aiwën Himyáviëwen Kvickrot, but you can also simply say Aiwën ^^
Since I nowadays take the IB programme in the upper secondary school, my free time's slipping away >_< My favourite subjects in school... used to be Maths and Arts, but Maths has gone really difficult and Arts classes make me angsty... so I dunno... Swedish and English are pretty fun though, as is TOK.
I'm nigh eighteen years old, for those who might wonder, and I'm a relatively average human being with roots in Sweden and Finland. My brother believes I'm a cave troll, he has often told me that but I don't really care anymore.
Some of my favourite writers are: J.R.R. Tolkien, Eoin Colfer, Stephen King, Robert Jordan (R.I.P.... ;__; ), Philip Pullman, J.K. Rowling and Lian Hearn.
Favourite manga: FMA, Samurai Deeper Kyo, Time Stranger Kyoko, Gravitation, Death Note and Demon Diary. I don't read as much manga as I'd like to though .__.
Some of my favourite movies are: THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, The LotR triology, Kill Bill vol. 1 and 2, Spirited Away, The Fifth Element, V for Vendetta, PotC triology, The Crow, most movies and sketches with Monthy Python and so on.
I've been drawing for as long as I can remember, simply because I really like it. I mostly draw fantasy, like dragons, elves and stuff like that, and I prefer to draw in my "own" kind of... manga style, I guess you could call it... I'm improving as good as I can and I've got to hear that that is pretty quickly, which... gladdens me, I guess... I used to have huge problems with anatomy - seen all over the place since I haven't updated this gallery for ages -_-' - but I'm getting better at it so the next step is better backgrounds... and perspectives... and different media...

If someone wants to do an Art Trade with me or have a Request for me, I'd gladly do my best ^^

Current project: I'm deleting old pictures since I want to make place for new, better ones... so we'll see what this'll look like when I'm satisfied XD
Also, I've now got a gallery at DA too... I update that gallery more often since... well, I just do. Plus I check that one more often... Himyaviewen, if anyone's interested in checking that out :P

I LOVE to get comments (only nice comments or comments with constructive criticism, rude commenters will be chased away from here by... a random chosen bad guy among my characters, perhaps? XP), so stop reading and go look at my pictures instead :) I AM aware of the fact, though, that most of the pictures here probably seem rather crappy... I'll try to get to it and start updating properly. Sometime...
