*apologies for the really bad scan!*

This picture was inspired by Gail Carson Levine's novel, Ella Enchanted which is a fantasy comedy adaptation of the traditional Cinderella story.

This is the scene where Ella is being shipped off to boarding school accompanied by her spiteful ugly stepsisters, Hattie and Olive, and also just before she is made to give Hattie her mother's pearl necklace.

She's inside a carriage, or what is my attempt at a carriage interior and that's a window, not thin air, her hand is resting on.

Oh this is wonderful! Ella Enchanted is one of my favorite books of all time 1 Her expression is great.

Lovely i adore ella enchanted her face is so pretty and her hair is great. I only wonder about the necklace i thought it was like a pendant not a string of pearls but its been a while since i read the books. Anyway i really love this and i really love the book (too bad the movie was so awefull eh?)

It was a great book wasn't it? I didn't mind the movie so much when you try to disassociate it from the book, but then I like dorky movies. thanks for the comment too!!!"

This is absolutely wonderful. You’re an amazing artist...and obviously you KNOW ella enchanted is the best book ever written...hellooooo why else would you take so much time to make such a WONDERFUL adaptation of Ella. Love it! Please do more!!
