"Elf Sorceress" by Aideen Solasta

THe hair and crown are really well done... The eyes do look a little off...but that's ok, I still rally like it, the colors are great.

I LOVE the hair... The colors, the highlights... Nice. The pendant head-thing is also very nice. You did a good job on the proportioning for most of the face -- the eyes are the right distance apart, the mouth is about the right size in relation to the eyes, etc. So, nicely done there... Her nose seems in some ways -- although maybe it's just me, and it was supposed to be this way -- a caricature of a nose, in that all of the shape and shading are there, but they're, I don't know, too there or something -- you have the shape and the shadows but they're a little exaggerated for how I would have expected. But maybe she just has that type of nose... And I'm being stupid. Anyway... It's a GREAT picture... And it proves that you CAN draw people, so there!

Aideen Solasta replies: "Lies, I still can't draw people for beans, though it's gotten better. The eyes are odd because they don't blend in. You're right, all of the colors are exaggerated, as with the shading, which is why she looks odd and such. But thanks! =D"
