I’m not entirely sure yet. Still figuring that out myself.

You’ll have to let me know the results.

:-) Panu Karjalainen replies: "Well, do tell me if you succeed.

Oh, they thought the detective novel was worth pursuing. I’m having lingering doubts about it, though. Can I really do it? I’ve never written one. It doesn’t feel entirely comfortable. But then I suppose if I fail, I fail, that’s all."

Tonight I actually have a reason for staying up late, I’ve been working late and after work have to get my homework done for class, which is tomorrow turned into today.

If something ever comes if this crazy dream, you will for sure know. I have faith that you can and will write a really amazing detective novel! And if not, oh well at least you tried. I think you can do it tho.

:-) Panu Karjalainen replies: "Drink lots of tea, and remember to eat well. Hopefully you can catch up on sleep tomorrow or on the weekend, yes?

Thank you for your stalwart belief. It will be in Finnish, by the by."

Happy Halloween!

:-) Panu Karjalainen replies: "Happy death’s-time, my love!"

Good luck! (With what? you ask. Why, it’s November!)

:-) Panu Karjalainen replies: "Thank you, love! The novel doth progress, though I sure as hell don’t know what’s going on in it..."

Haha. Hopefully it will tell you sooner or later.

Let me tell you how not fun it is to have no heat when it’s below 0c outside. Pretty cold!!!

:-) Panu Karjalainen replies: "Ay, I too hope so. It’s already severely slipping toward fantasy, I can only conjecture what the end product will look like.

Whee, cold! Isn’t that just delicious? Wrap yourself up in several layers of clothing and have lots of hot tea, and when you can’t take it any more, go out and have a brisk walk! I love cold, I do."

Heat is back on. Less frozen now. Going out of town till Sun.

:-) Panu Karjalainen replies: "Have fun!"

I had lots of fun thanks! Hope your weekend was pleasant and just as lovely as mine was.

:-) Panu Karjalainen replies: "What did you do? I had brother visiting and stuff, was fun, he’d been to New York and he’s always amusing..."

I umm what did I do? Oh yeah, I went to an Anime convention (again!) (Btw I am seriously considering taking up residency in another country for awhile, so that was not really a silly question I was asking earlier) (Also, which brother are you talking about? And how is the other brother doing? You haven’t mentioned either of them in awhile... one of my brothers almost punched the couch in half today...)

:-) Panu Karjalainen replies: "Oh, cool. You’re really the con going sort, aren’t you? And yes, I did take it as a serious question, and I hope my answer was reasonably (though not overly, banish the thought!) serious as well.

The elder brother. I see him less than the younger, and not only because the younger one lives closer. They’re both doing well, my younger one is learning to play the guitar and my older one is happy with his girlfriend.

Ha! Really? A strong puncher or a weak couch or both?"

Maybe I could just study somewhere...

:-) Panu Karjalainen replies: "That is very plausible. Finland has traditionally boasted high standards in education, though depending on the branch and place, this is debatable... Also, the costs of living can be high."

Well, I think I might be able to get away with being a nanny in another country, or do farm work, that’s about all I’ve found haha. Job searching is hard work! As for studying well, I’m not sure I could afford that...(sigh) I really wanna get outta here! (that’s how I talk with all those a’s at the end of words)

Yup I seem to be going to a lot of cons these days. It’s addicting! You start out thinking you can go to just one, but then it grows on you and before you know it you’ve gone to 3 or 4 in one year! What an expensive hobby.

He is very strong, and the couch is very old, so it’s bound to be broken at some point anyways. He may just help to speed the process along. Heh.

:-) Panu Karjalainen replies: "Ay, job searching is that. Alas, I can’t spirit you out of there, and after all, things aren’t guaranteed to be that much better elsewhere...

Hm. Expensive hobbies are, well, expensive. Fun times, though, right?

A strong brother. I’ve always wanted to know someone obscenely strong. It would be interesting."
