Very loosely  inspired by the native American tale of when Raven steals the sun, moon and stars, and places them in the sky for all to share.

This is really cool! The background looks real and the details in the raven’s feathers are excellent!

:-) Kimberly A Taylor replies: "thanks, the compliment is much appreciated; those feathers took an absolute age, i think i wore a hole in my wacom tablet for this. "

I love all the detail you put into the feathers, it makes them look very realistic and the idea behind the pic is very interesting. I also think you chose a great colour palette, it adds to the mysteriousness of the pic and has a perfect balance of dark and light. And of course, ravens are just such cool birds 2 Keep up the great work!

:-) Kimberly A Taylor replies: "thanks! those feathers did take a long time, i couldn’t have done it without my wacom tablet. "

Somehow this is a very romantic picture to me. Really lovely sky and anatomy on the raven.

:-) Kimberly A Taylor replies: "thanks, i’m glad u liked it. it seems that no matter how many times i draw them, feathers and wings never get any easier, lol."

The concept of your work is fascinating of turning a dreamcatcher into a starcatcher. Your style has a unique mystical quality and is quite admirable.

:-) Kimberly A Taylor replies: "ah thank you, though i must admit, its certainly easier to draw a dreamcatcher that trying to make one."
