	A companion piece to Monarch- King of the Jungle. I enjoy doing colored pencil work of black things on black paper. (Check out Ebony & Emeralds for another black-on-black pic!). There will probably be others in this series-- I just haven't gotten to them yet!

8 Sep 2008	David Michael	Loading... Really neat the way you drew this with light colors on black paper. Stands out almost like neon or glow-in-the-dark. You’ve captured the fierceness and mystery of panthers very well, and the blazing light edges really highlight how the whole cat is on fire from the inside, basically, such passionate creatures that they are. And his fur still looks silky smooth.
